Course Info:
Dual-enrollment with New River Community College College Credit: 3 hrs
Students apply problem-solving skills to real-life situations through word processing, spreadsheet, database, and multimedia presentation software, and through advanced integrated software activities. Students work individually and in groups to explore computer concepts, operating systems, networks and telecommunications, web site development, and emerging technologies. Objectives in this course meet the requirements for Microsoft Office Specialist/MOS certification. Students will be required to sit for this exam.
